Through our legal aid clinic, we provide access to justice through legal as provided for under Law No 2009/004 of 14 April 2009 To Organize Legal Aid, to vulnerable groups of persons. The key activities under this action include:

Free legal aid. Examples of matters they can assist with:
Public Affairs :freedom of speech, assembly, civil disobedience; voting right, optional; public interest request, freedom of information (also for journalists);protection of whistleblowers

JCLA provides poor and vulnerable people in Jordan with access to legal aid services, including legal consultations and legal representations.  Poor and vulnerable persons can visit any of JCLA’s legal clinics when in need of legal advice.

KI’s Public Interest Litigation Unit (PIL) is responsible for litigating Constitutional cases that KI is involved in. The Unit is led by a Litigation Director.

The organization provides free legal services to vulnerable, marginalized and indigent individuals and communities, both non-national and South African, who are victims of unlawful infringements of their constitutional rights.
