KI’s Public Interest Litigation Unit (PIL) is responsible for litigating Constitutional cases that KI is involved in. The Unit is led by a Litigation Director. The Unit litigates cases initiated by KI as well as cases that KI is enjoined in as an interested party or as a friend of the Court. The Unit also litigates cutting edge cases on behalf of other civil society groups.
