The Ateneo Legal Services Center (ALSC) is a public interest center that provides professional, developmental, and ethical legal service to the poor and disadvantaged through a competently supervised student practice and clinical legal education program.
BLAST’s core activities focuses on legal aid (advice, referral, mediation, litigation and community awareness) for the poor and those who are marginalized.
We provide public law advice, casework and representation across the South West of England. We can make a formal complaint leading to an investigation and can challenge the decision in Court.
The Centre was established to provide legal and related support to environmental public interest organisations, community organisations and communities.
The BC Human Rights Clinic offers representation to people who have filed complaints with the BC Human Rights Tribunal.Before you can qualify for our representation, you must have completed the following four steps:
Provide legal representation to civil society organizations, as well as international human rights bodies, around the world, in partnership with leading law firms on a pro bono basis.
Finds lawyers for environmental defenders. Identifies appropriate cases and enlists top American and European lawyers and firms to perform the work pro bono.
FIDH, under the Observatory for the Protection of Human Rights Defenders, work includes: trial observation and defense; litigation before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies at regional or international level.
