Strengthening the capacities of minorities and indigenous peoples [MIPs] to secure their economic, social, cultural and political rights. Through Public Interest Litigation and use of regional and international institutions of justice, CEMIRIDE has managed to secure the rights of MIPs (including the Nubians, Endorois and Ogiek), especially their rights of access to natural resources.
