The BC Human Rights Clinic offers representation to people who have filed complaints with the BC Human Rights Tribunal.Before you can qualify for our representation, you must have completed the following four steps:
1. Filed a human rights complaint with the BC Human Rights Tribunal
2. Received a letter of acceptance from the BC Human Rights Tribunal which states, "The BC Human Rights Tribunal has accepted this complaint for filing... "
3. Applied to us within 30 days of receiving your letter of acceptance from The BC Human Rights Tribunal (if you are applying after 30 days, please explain why)
4. Meet the intake criteria established by the BC Ministry of Justice

Asking the court to review a decision made by the BC Human Rights Tribunal, Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, Canadian Human Rights Commission, or Canadian Transportation Agency
